Please note card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee CANCELLATION/ NO SHOWS: By making an appointment you are agreeing to be present at the time scheduled. If you do not show up, your card will be charged a cancellation fee/ your deposit will not be refunded. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before to not incur a 50% cancellation fee! LATE POLICY: We’re all human and things happen. If you’re running late please communicate. Being extremely tardy may result in cancellation of appointment and you will be charged the cancellation fee of 50% / or loss of deposit
