Available 7 days a week!!! Roma is available by appointment as early as 6am daily and as late as 9pm! Appointments book out early, prebooking is advised. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOWS: By making an appointment you are agreeing to be present at the time scheduled. If you do not show up, your card will be charged a cancellation fee/ your deposit will not be refunded. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before to not incur a 50% cancellation fee! This allows me to respect everyoneâs time and offer the slot to another client. Thank you for your understanding and support! LATE POLICY: If you know youâll be running late, please text me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you; however, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or canceled to avoid affecting other clients.
